In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. CANCELLATION
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
RETURN
The item once delivered cannot be returned under any circumstances.
REFUND
We have specially designed our ecofriendly packaging for our products. This packaging has proved to very sturdy and has been successful in our vigorous drop and throw tests. We have not received a single complaint about breakage or any other form of damage. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged product.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless under very rare circumstances the product received is damaged during transit, defective or incorrect but must want un-boxing full videos with the label that mentions order details without any cuts and email it to care@mosakart.in.We reserve the right to refuse a return beyond 2 days of receipt of the product.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. If your return approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
