Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days and will be delivered in 7-10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Timing 

Once we receive the order will be processed and dispatched the same day.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Details

Shipping is only available for India.
Free delivery of purchase of a minimum amount of Rs.999 to any destination in India subject to the pincode is registered and acceptable to the courier service.
The fee policy for delivery may change from time to time. The rate will be displayed at the time of check-out/Home page.
Deliveries are made by third-party courier services. Who will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of their arrival.

The delivery of the Products will be made to the delivery address specified by You while placing the order for the Products on the Platform. You are solely responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and, if applicable, further instructions for delivery. The Platform shall not be responsible for any delay in delivering the order placed by You on the Platform caused due to the incorrect or incomplete address provided by You.

In-store pickup

We do not provide in-store pickup at this moment.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this moment.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. you can also check your order status after logged in My Account section. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within seven days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@mosakart.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns and Refunds

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at care@mosakart.in with your order number and non cut Video of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please view our detailed Returns and Refunds policy.
